Infrared dry saunas employ heaters to emit radiant heat for absorption by the human body. This method differs from saunas that are heated by coals, however the benefits are much the same. The body is to induce sweating for therapeutic and health benefits. The term ‘dry’ is used since the warmth is not delivered through heated aqua or steam.
