As a healthcare practitioner, I gaze back upon my own past dealings with doctors to capture lessons in dealing with patients. Part of my job is establishing a relationship of trust and comfort, and I strive to do so everyday…and fortunately, I’ve had enough terrible experiences with other healthcare practitioners to learn what NOT to do to constitute a harmonious patient-practitioner relationship!
